Trendy Fall Colours:

Our trick to creating a show stopping colour scheme from season to season is to ensure you always have a versatile base. It could get expensive to switch things up every holiday, however,  by picking up neutral place settings you can easily change out chargers, napkins and placemats for a whole new look!

Show your guests how it’s done by utilizing the top colour pairings of the season.

  • Spiced Orange, Sage & Gold: This combination plays into so many recognizable fall elements and is sure to keep the decor feeling warm and connected to nature.

  • Mono Tone Whites with a pop of Green: This will be the most versatile through the season. By using a combination of white tones, natural texture like burlap, twine and linen or woven placemats, all you need to do is switch out the seasonal greenery. Consider using plants or decorative herbs as an accent and seasonal scent.

  • Perfectly Paired with Print: There is always a more adventurous route to take with seasonal decor. Our team believes there is a plaid for every occasion but you still need to choose wisely to keep things looking well planned. Consider using a plaid tablecloth as a backdrop of neutral place settings or keep it simple by using a printed napkin.

table displays:

Get creative with natural elements. Try hollowing out pumpkins and gourds then filling them with different fall florals or  greenery to create an inspired fall centrepiece.

Add personalized name cards and a menu to each place setting to enhance the element of personalization and add a formal touch.

  • Subtle & Seasonal: Try creating this look by using the colours of the season while holding back on distinctive/gimmicky seasonal decor. Lean into seasonal florals and greenery.

  • Neutral & Natural: Keep the colour story neutral with whites and warm earth tones while incorporating timeless materials like: Metal candle holders, natural woods and linens.

  • Classic ReFreshed: If you prefer to lean into a “theme” we recommend taking the step towards a revised colour pallet. You can do this by using tonal colours, opting for natural table decor & centre pieces vs. store bought and keeping your place settings simple and neutral in colour. This will allow your nod to a more traditional decor style to be appreciated.

Lighting:

Dim the lights to create some ambiance in the atmosphere, encouraging your guests to feel at peace, and enjoy their time in the space. Also, nothing is more calming than using a fireplace and candle light in the background.

Something Signature:

Our team loves having a reason to create “Something Signature” and hosting provides the perfect stage for fun cocktails and tasty one biters that will have your guests begging for the recipe deets!
